Today is a review day!

Remind students of the different activities we have completed to learn the material. Point out where the students should be able to locate the information.

We will spend a day to ensure that we understand all components of the success criteria.

Students will complete a quiz analysis. This will serve as a study guide.

The students will complete a kahoot to review. The teacher will highlight important aspects of the questions/answers when necessary.

It’s time to show what you know! Get your desk cleared of everything, and prepare to take the Georgia Geography Test!

Students will individually take the Georgia Geography Test using UNIFY on their chromebooks.

When students finish the exam they can complete the geography crossword puzzle / word search.

We are taking a look at the people who inhabited this land before Europeans arrived. Students will read page 23 in the textbook and answer questions (1, 2) on the worksheet.

The teacher will use a slide presentation to deliver the information. Students will use this information to complete the worksheet.

Students will create a chart about the Mississippian Indians. There will be 4 sections: food, culture, weapons/tools, and shelter. Students will complete each box with the appropriate information. Two boxes must include words, while two boxes must include an illustration.

The teacher will use slides to teach the material. The students will highlight important aspects of their notes (provided). The students will then complete a trading card activity (embedded in the notes) to demonstrate an understanding of the material.
