| INTRODUCTION/CONNECTION: Why do you think it’s important to work independently in the lab bi-monthly or weekly? Learning a language is a luxury with a teacher at the helm, and it is also important to become independent learners. It takes an average of 7 years to become sufficiently fluent in a language, and the only way to get there is to work hard and spend time independent of the teacher practicing. |
DIRECT INSTRUCTION: You took this test together as a class the 5th week of school and now you get to show what you know . . . by yourself! 1) Log into Voces (vocesu44471 and 5 digit PIN #). 2) Go to Ch. 1 Mexico. 3) Scroll to tab that says videos. 4) Watch Video on Greetings and take the quiz afterwards. 5) Then watch any of the following videos: Dia de los muertos, Quinceanera, or Las Posadas.
