| GUIDED PRACTICE: Show students the microscope station and go over the directions for proper use. The teacher will man this station. Students will look into the microscopes and will describe and draw the three types of protists they see. |
INDEPENDENT/COLLABORATIVE PRACTICE/DIFFERENTIATION: Students complete the brainpops on bacteria and protists while waiting on the microscopes to become available. |
