Standard/s:  S7L2  Obtain, evaluate, and communicate information to describe how cell structures, cells,

tissues, organs, and organ systems interact to maintain the basic needs of organisms. 

c. Construct an argument that systems of the body (Cardiovascular, Excretory, Digestive, Respiratory, Muscular, Nervous, and Immune) interact with one another to carry out life processes.

Learning Target: 
-I can describe how different organ systems interact with one another to carry out life processes.  

Success Criteria:

-I can identify the organs and functions of the following systems: circulatory, respiratory, digestive, excretory/urinary, integumentary, immune, skeletal muscular, and nervous

-Understand how the body systems  work with each other as a system to keep the human body functioning

Teacher and students review notes on the human body systems--modeling a method of studying.

INDEPENDENT/COLLABORATIVE PRACTICE/DIFFERENTIATION:

Students complete a study guide to review the functions, organs and interactions of the human body systems. 

Students will play a gimkit to review for the teste

Describe the instructional process that will be used to close the lesson and check for student understanding .
