| GUIDED PRACTICE: Introduce the Disease Population Spread Gizmo assignment. Show how to manipulate the assignment and what to do. Students will run a few trials before completing it on their own.

INDEPENDENT/COLLABORATIVE PRACTICE/DIFFERENTIATION: Students will run simulations on Gizmo to observe how disease spreads throughout a population. They will complete a google doc companion worksheet on google classroom. |
