| GUIDED PRACTICE: The class will watch a video on how to complete today’s lab activity. Students will be determining their reaction time by catching a ruler and observing how quickly they reacted when it dropped.

INDEPENDENT/COLLABORATIVE PRACTICE/DIFFERENTIATION: In partners, students will use a ruler to drop while the other student tries to catch the ruler asap. Students will complete multiple trials and will record data. Then, using percentages, decimals, and basic algorithms, students will complete math based questions on their reaction time.
