INTRODUCTION/CONNECTION:  Why do you think it’s important to work independently in the lab bi-monthly or weekly? Learning a language is a luxury with a teacher at the helm, and it is also important to become independent learners. Today you will work on learning the family members and on being able to talk about the weather.

DIRECT INSTRUCTION: You have practiced with story-asking, PQA (Personal Question & Answer), and reading during regular class, and now you will work on the following activities to reinforce what you are learning in class and to help you be independent learners.
